Honoring our departed loved ones is a great Mitzvah and a source of comfort to those of us who have had a loss. The reciting of Kaddish and giving Tzedakah/charity are the prime examples of how to honor the memory of a loved one. Any mitzvah we do in their memory is a merit to their souls.

To assist in honoring your loved ones, the Chabad Jewish Center has memorial plaques available on our Digital Memorial Wall for a donation of $540 per plaque/name. This provides a way for you to place a perpetual tribute to your loved ones while supporting Jewish continuity. Your loved ones name will be highlited during the month of the Yahrtzeit (anniversary of passing) and a Yahrtzeit reminder will be sent to you. A plaque on the memorial wall includes a listing in the Yizkor booklet for the upcoming year.

Before the High Holidays you can make a donation of $54 per name to be included in our Yizkor Booklet for the four Yizkor Memorial services during the year.

Please inscribe the following names in Chabad Jewish Center’s Digital Memorial Wall or Yizkor Booklet:

The "remembered by" information will be listed in the booklet and will appear as submitted in the form above. Memorial plaques will not include the "remembered by" information.

Please indicate if you wish to have the booklet sent to you. Otherwise the booklets will be available at the Yizkor memorial services on Yom Kippur, Shmini Atzeres, Pesach, and Shavous.

Please submit the names of your loved ones for the booklet as soon as possible to ensure inclusion for this Yom Kippur.
